Every new piano we sell includes a manufacturers warranty that ensures your piano is protected in the rare instance it should experience a problem in materials or workmanship. Our dedicated Customer Service Representatives are ready to help you facilitate any service or warranty issue.
Recognizing that the quality pianos we sell will likely be handed down to future generations, *we maintain a service record of your piano at no charge. This service is offered free of charge and will keep track of your tunings, regulations, voicing and any other service related work that you might have done to your piano. Again, this service is free and easy to maintain!

*To maintain the service record for your piano, you'll simply need to contact us each time you service your piano. We will update your record at no charge, even if the piano technician is not in our certified technician servicer network, as long as you supply us with sufficient details of who performed the work and what was done
